Ordered: Oysters (Raw, Fried), Roast Beef Po-Boy,
Thoughts: The ever-popular and raucous ACME oyster house is a big attraction ’round Iberville Street. We waited for about 45 minutes to get in here, but it didn’t disappoint. We started immediately with two rounds of oysters – raw & fried (we preferred raw) – and then got down on some delicious “ten-napkin” po-boys, gumbo, jambalaya, and their famous “poopa”. With a kitchen smack dab in the middle of the place, this fills out the New Orleans’ tradition. Not our favorite oysters, but that doesn’t mean much. Still a fantastic place for fantastic fun!
